Micro-Learning Experiences

On-Site Pack Preparation
Micro-learning Experience | Gamified | Scenario-Based
This interactive microlearning module uses real-world, on-site scenarios to help learners practice selecting the right tools and gear based on client needs. Through a gamified drag-and-drop interface, technicians build their virtual gear bags and receive immediate feedback to refine their selections. Developed in response to a trend at the company where newer technicians were not reliably prepared for client on-sites.
Command Prompt Challenge
Micro-learning Experience | Gamified | Scenario-Based
Learners navigate scenarios where they must choose the most effective command prompts from a short list of possible options. With a progress bar, definitions for each command and immediate feedback pop-ups, this micro-learning was developed to address gaps in technician knowledge by improving recall and the application of the most commonly used command prompts in real-world context.

Interactive Job Aid
This interactive job aid is a one-page digital resource designed for technicians new to command prompts. It organizes the most essential commands identified by SME for this project into six categories, each with expandable definitions and use case examples. This resource served as the primary reference tool for supporting increased use of command prompts among technicians.

Interactive Job Aid
This was an alternate interactive job aid presented to the team which included the addition of a search bar and an expanded selection of command prompt tiles. By providing the team with both job aid options technicians were better able to provide us feedback on features and functions they preferred, informing future iterations on how information could be best organized, accessed and presented in future resources.
